What is the check-in process?

Seven days before your stay (or within 15 minutes of booking), you will receive a text with a link to check in. On the day of your arrival, you will receive another text with a link to your room number and door code.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. With our self check-in door codes, you can arrive on your own schedule — no front desk wait. We do offer early check-in for an additional fee. Please reach out if you need to check in early, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I make a reservation?

Online through our booking system or by calling us directly. Group bookings should be handled by contacting us to discuss specific needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

Yes. We have plenty of on-site parking built for teams traveling with vans, trailers, and equipment.

Are pets allowed?

Absolutely. We're a pet-friendly property, so bring the whole family, including the four-legged fans. A $30 pet fee applies when your furry friends stay with us.
